1. The video won't play! What do I do?
You NEED to have to latest version of Adobe Flash Player to view this webcast. Downloading the newest version will fill almost every problem. The FREE download is available for Mac and Windows (XP/Vista) at adobe.com. Make sure you restart your computer after downloading. Flash is not compatible with iPhones, iPods, or iPads.
2. All I see is a box in the middle of the page with links to old webcasts. Where's today's webcast?
Be patient! The webcast hasn't started yet! Check the broadcast main CTV Live page (here) to find out when broadcasting begins.
3. Why does the video keep stopping, skipping, or jumping?
This is probably happening because your internet connection is too slow. Remember, you're streaming live video from potentially a long ways away, which takes a powerful connection. You cannot stream on dial-up, a Cable or DSL connection is required. If you have a fast connection and it still isn't playing, try restarting your computer or closing other open applications.
4. I am using Internet Explorer and the webcast is not playing correctly or the webpage is being displayed incorrectly.
We do not recommend using Internet Explorer to view our webcasts. While the latest version of IE is supported, older versions may give you problems. Try using Safari, Firefox, or Google Chrome for better results. For more infortmation, click here.
5. I have the Flash up to date, I have DSL, I'm using the right browser, but it still won't play!
If for some reason you can not view the webcast on your computer, we'd like to first appologize for the inconveience, and second recommend trying a different computer. We've tried to make this webcast as universally accessable as possible, but we're not pros, and bugs are bound to occur.
